Your personal information may be held by TGC on computer or manual files and will be used for administration purposes including carrying out claims handling and fraud prevention in connection with any insurance cover we arrange for you. We will not make your details available to other parties for marketing purposes, but we and other companies also owned by Ripe Thinking Limited, may contact you to keep you informed of our latest products and services. All members of TGC with an email address will automatically be registered with Rewards4Golf, free of charge. If paying by Credit/Debit Card this number will be encrypted and also registered allowing TGC members to accumulate Reward Points by using their registered card at a number of high street and online retailers (full details available at Rewards4Golf.com).
Should a TGC member wish to opt out of Rewards4Golf, they may do so at any time by emailing Rewards4Golf at admin@rewards4golf.com. Full details of the benefits offered are available on the website.

2.3 Dealing with other people - To comply with data protection legislation, the request of many of our members and to make the managing of your membership more convenient, it is our policy to deal only with the person named on the membership.
If you would like someone else to be able to deal with your membership for you on a regular basis please let us know.
